Shelli Alexander
Shelli joined 1st Source Bank in 2012 and currently has over 25 years of experience as a business banker. Prior to joining 1st Source, she owned and operated a small business in the area for five years. She brings extensive experience with commercial real estate and helped start the Solar Financing division at 1st Source in 2015. Shelli took over as manager of Business Banking for the Central Region in December 2016, and in 2020 became Central Region President, bringing together Retail, Business Banking and Private Banking under one reporting channel. Shelli graduated from Indiana University South Bend with a BS in Business and received a MBA from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business. |
Bill Harlan
Bill is a Principal & Founder of Kestrel Capital Group and has spent over 25 years financing and investing in lower middle market businesses. He has deep experience in ownership change and leveraged transactions, and capital formation for small businesses. His experience includes nine years at American National Bank (now part of Chase) where he helped form ANB Mezzanine Corporation (predecessor to Chase Mezzanine) after holding positions in the workout and commercial banking groups. Bill also worked for Golub Capital and CID Equity Partners. Bill serves on the board of directors of KW Custom Controls LLC and First Financial Credit Union. Bill served on the President’s Council of the Museum of Science and Industry, and the board of the Chicago Chapter of Association for Corporate Growth. He received an MBA from University of Chicago & BA from University of Notre Dame. |
T.J. Kanczuzewski
A founding member of Inovateus Solar, TJ has been with the company since 2007. Driven by the Inovateus pledge to “Build A Brilliant Tomorrow,” he has been instrumental in developing a world-class solar team that has successfully deployed solar energy projects and products internationally. Under his leadership, Inovateus has been recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce in 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018. TJ was invited to the White House to participate in a special briefing on clean energy and also received the 2016 “Outstanding Young Business Leader” award by the St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce. Among his business and community awards, TJ was honored as a 2013 “Forty Under 40” recipient for northern Indiana and southwest Michigan. After attending The Nature of Business conference conducted by Geoversity in Panama, T.J. became an investor in the Mamoni Valley Preserve (a 13,000 acre rainforest preserve) in 2017. Continued involvement with the diverse group of world leading eco-business minds engaged with Geoversity and the Mamoni Valley Preserve inspired T.J. to put his leadership skills to work. As the newly appointed CEO of the Mamoni Valley Preserve, T.J. is working with team members to grow and sustain the conservation efforts of one oil the world's critically endangered biodiversity hotspots. Currently he is focused on expanding the companies efforts in the Mamoni Valley Preserve by inviting investors and companies to come and learn from Mother Nature in one of the world's biodiversity hotspots.
He is also a member of the ownership teams and board at Logistick, Brilliant Capital, the Mamoni 100 and a trustee for The Nature Conservancy in Indiana. Before starting his career at Inovateus, TJ worked for General Growth Properties in Chicago. He graduated from Columbia College in 2004 with a BA in business management. |
