At Crossroads Solar, we manufacture five different panels: three core solar modules and two panels for the Recreation community:
!All of our modules are made with high efficiency PERC technology and certified to UL/IEC 61730 and 61215 standards and listed with CEC in California. Crossroad's panels use the, G1 cells, with cell efficiencies are in the 22.4-22.7% range.

The 380 series is designed more for the community, commercial and industrial applications but they will also work well in a residential or agricultural environment if you have the space. We also make the 395 watt panel with a bifacial configuration providing an estimated 10% gain from the rear side.
Our smaller panel, the 325 series, is designed for the residential rooftop installation, with black anodized frames and adequate mounting and drain capabilities to make this easy and durable. This panel is ideal for applications where space is an important consideration. The backsheet can be either black or white.
The 200 series and 220 series are 9 X 4 cells and 10 X 4 cells, respectively. There is a space on the top of every RV for this size panel. With California banning the use of gasoline generators in RVs, this will be a popular alternative.
Equipment & Material Sourcing
Crossroads Solar panels are built in a modern facility in South Bend, Indiana, with the latest technology for soldering, laminating, and framing, combined with a committed workforce. Our panels are made with the same type of equipment used by many of the major panel manufacturers.
When possible, we source our components from American suppliers, and counter to conventional wisdom, there are U.S. manufacturers of many of the key components. Our products are made with top grade inputs in order to produce first quality outputs.
Uniquely, our company focuses closely on labor inputs given our core value is to provide opportunity to those often neglected in the labor market. Therefore, we believe in a more "hands on" effort in our manufacturing process. Our product comes with the same industry standard certification and performance/product warranties, but more personal attention and added social value.

Product Testing & Certification
Before a panel leaves our facility it is tested three times, ultimately with equipment that simulates the energy of the sun, and each panel is tested for micro cracks in an Electro Luminescence (EL) machine . Crossroads Solar also demonstrates quality and commitment by submitting our panels for testing and certification to UL/IEC 61730 and IEC61215 standards, and CEC listed. This expense and our commitment to quality insures your investment.
Warranty
We stand behind our panels with a 25-year performance warranty and a 10-year product warranty. The quality of the manufacturing guarantees that Crossroads panels will be on the roofs or racks for all of those 25 years.

Installation
Although we do not install our own panels, our primary market is through the design and installation communities; those companies who install solar systems on houses, factories, city or town facilities and schools. Our size, flexibility, and commitment, however, allow us to respond to less traditional applications. We make panels that are applicable to the RV and yachting communities, as well as the transportation equipment industry for road signs and other highway installations. We can also produce at scales that make using our panels cost efficient for the smaller installer companies.
We do not supply the BoS components but would be happy to put you in touch with companies that cover this market segment. Additionally, if you are looking for a design and installation company that can work with your project and our panels, Crossroads Solar has a strong relationship with a number of companies in the region.
